Join us THIS SATURDAY for the first-ever March for Life Wisconsin! It will be a busy day in Madison with the historic March for Life Wisconsin, the Wisconsin vs. Michigan game, and a newly announced "Women's March: Bans of Our Bodies Rally" to counter the March for Life Wisconsin – you'll want to arrive early! Parking information can be found here. Better yet, register to ride a Pro-Life Wisconsin bus near you so you don't have to worry about parking! TIME: Noon - 3:00 p.m.

At noon in Madison, we will hear from inspirational pro-life leaders and begin the march around the State Capitol. At the conclusion of the march, buses will be loaded and will head to Planned Parenthood Madison (3706 Orin Rd, Madison, WI 53704) where we will all conclude in prayer. Buses will depart to their final destinations from Planned Parenthood. Pro-Life Wisconsin signs will be available, but we encourage you to bring your own as well!

When Claire met her birth mother in 2009, she was told about the attempted abortion meant to take her life and the subsequent survival of her and her twin. Claire shares a hopeful message of forgiveness, redemption, and truth – exposing the humanity of the preborn baby and how abortion hurts women. Claire is an internationally known pro-life speaker and author.

HOUSE DEMOCRATS PASS MOST RADICAL PRO-ABORTION BILL EVER, OVERTURNING EVERY PRO-LIFE LAW NATIONWIDE: (LifeNews.com) – “The U.S. House passed a radical pro-abortion bill Friday that would force states to legalize the killing of unborn babies in abortions without limits up to birth nationwide. The deceptively named Women’s Health Protection Act passed on a 218-211 vote with one Democrat joining Republicans in voting against it. No Republicans supported the pro-abortion legislation. [..] The bill now heads to the U.S. Senate where its fate is less certain. Though Democrats also narrowly control the Senate, there appear to be enough votes to block the legislation.” Read the full story here. (PLW NOTE: 2021 H.R. 3755 would make unlawful virtually every state abortion restriction, including requiring abortion clinics to meet the same standards as surgical centers, requiring abortion providers have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital, and banning telemedicine chemical abortions.)

AFTER 5 WEEKS, WISCONSIN LAWMAKER JACQUE OUT OF HOSPITAL FROM COVID-19: (Associated Press) – “Wisconsin state Sen. Andre Jacque was discharged Tuesday after a five-week hospital stay that included being intubated and placed on a ventilator due to pneumonia after contracting COVID-19. ‘Sen. Jacque is doing much better,’ his spokesman Matt Tompach said in a statement Tuesday. ‘He is in touch with his staff on legislative and district issues, and he is reaching out to his friends and colleagues.’” Read the full story here.

MAY 13 - OCTOBER 17 – Want to Change History? Join Heaven's Army Every Thursday from May 13 to October 7. Few Americans would disagree that the country is going through a dark time. In fact, recent polling shows America is more and more convinced that things are only getting darker. Launched from St. Mary's of Pine Bluff, America will begin to gather together and adore Jesus Christ, inviting Him to make Himself fully present in our land and free it from the powers of darkness. And the local Christians of Wisconsin are committed: they will continue to gather for what they are calling Heal Our Land Holy Hours every Thursday from May 13 until October 7th. OCTOBER 8, WAUKESHA – The Treasure Life Events, WELS Lutherans for Life’s fall fundraising events, will be Friday, October 8th at the Milwaukee Marriott West Hotel in Waukesha. A 12:00 PM Luncheon and a 6:30 PM Banquet are being offered this year. There is no cost to attend the Luncheon or the Banquet, but we do ask you to register because our tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. FREE childcare is available this year. All funds raised will directly support life-affirming help for abortion-vulnerable mothers, a youth development program, pregnancy and parenting support for men and women, and advocate support for those suffering post-abortion trauma.
