DONATE TO PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN'S LIFE SAVING WORK
40 DAYS FOR LIFE FALL VIGIL BEGINS
THIS WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2020

Join us in praying for an end to abortion, and sign up to participate in the 40 Days for Life Fall Vigil (September 23 - November 1)! Because of dedicated pro-lifers like you, these vigils have saved 17,226 lives from abortion worldwide, encouraged 206 abortion workers to leave the industry, and caused 107 abortion centers to close. Wisconsin locations include Appleton, Green Bay, Madison, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Waukesha.

Just like the lives of the preborn, our prayers and physical presence matter! Praying on the sidewalks is all about peacefully standing up for the vulnerable babies, and their moms. Our physical presence is a statement of love and a reminder of hope. We can’t let fear and hesitancy hold us back. We must boldly be there for our brothers and sisters in Christ with an attitude of humility, compassion, and kindness. We no longer have the luxury to opt out of being present on the sidewalks because we’re hesitant, afraid, or too busy. We can’t rationalize to ourselves that “someone else” will be there praying if we don’t show up. Lives are saved because YOU pray, because YOU come down to the sidewalks. YOU give hope and love to those who are in most need. Moms do choose life and that decision gives their preborn babies the beautiful gift of life.
Consider inviting your bishop, priest, or pastor to come pray with you! When clergy and religious join us on the sidewalks to pray, babies are saved 100% of the time! Our goal is to have one clergy member praying every day for one hour - 40 Clergy, 40 Days.
YOU’RE INVITED TO OUR
2020 LOVE FOR LIFE GALA!

There's just two weeks left to register for Pro-Life Wisconsin's Love for Life Gala on Thursday, October 22, 2020!
At this memorable dinner, benefitting the educational and legislative efforts of Pro-Life Wisconsin, we will welcome special guest and keynote speaker, His Excellency Bishop Donald J. Hying. As our spiritual director and the Bishop of the Madison Diocese, Bishop Hying is known throughout the state and world as a pro-life champion for his unwavering support of all human life and our religious freedoms. He brings his own profound perspective as he speaks of the sanctity of life, and most especially the preborn. You’ll hear about Pro-Life Wisconsin's life saving efforts as we highlight the accomplishments of the past year and renew our efforts to ending abortion once and for all in our state. We will also be honoring our Legislator of the Year, Representative Joe Sanfelippo, and Activist of the Year, Marie Allen of the La Crosse Life League.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW - OCTOBER 5: www.ProLifeWI.org/gala.

This year's gala will be held at the brand new Brookfield Conference Center, conveniently located right off I-94 at 325 S Moorland Rd, on the south side of the Brookfield Square Mall. Take advantage of the free parking and once inside, enjoy plenty of space to mingle with your pro-life friends - with 24,000 square feet in the ballroom, 8,000 square feet in the atrium, and eight cash bars strategically located to accommodate you with your favorite beverage. Complimentary beer will be available during the social hour which begins at 5:30. Dinner is served at 6:30.

For your peace of mind and comfort, we have decided to use 100% of this very generous space to seat six persons to a table—lots of elbow room, unless you specify otherwise (maximum of 10 per table). If you choose to wear a mask and would prefer to be seated near others who are masked, we will do everything in our power to accommodate your needs; however, Pro-Life Wisconsin will not require our guests to be masked (unless otherwise directed by government orders). Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry and at each table as well. Babies in arms/laps/strollers are welcome and are FREE!

Please join us for an unforgettable evening!

DID YOU KNOW...

On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law. The CARES Act increases tax deductions for charitable donations for both individuals and corporations for tax year 2020. You may wish to consider the following provisions when determining your charitable giving this year:

Individuals who do not itemize their tax deductions may take a new "above the line" charitable deduction of $300 per taxpayer ($600 for a married couple). An "above the line" deduction reduces a donor's adjusted gross income and thereby reduces taxable income.

Individuals who do itemize may deduct donations up to 100% of their 2020 AGI, up from the previous limit of 60%.

Corporations may deduct up to 25% of taxable income, up from the previous limit of 10%.

To qualify for these special deductions, contributions must be made during tax year 2020. Payments on outstanding pledges also qualify, provided the payment is made in 2020.
