PRO-LIFE NEWS

PENTAGON ESTABLISHES ABORTION TRAVEL FUND FOR SERVICE MEMBERS, ABORTION PROVIDERS: (The Daily Signal) – The Department of Defense announced Thursday that the Pentagon will pay for service members and their dependents to travel to abort their unborn babies. A Pentagon memo obtained by The Daily Signal says that it will establish ‘travel and transportation allowances for Service members and their dependents, as appropriate and consistent with applicable federal law and operational requirements, and as necessary amend any applicable travel regulations, to facilitate official travel to access non covered reproductive health care that is unavailable within the local area of a Service member’s permanent duty station.’ […] Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, slammed the move in a statement to The Daily Signal Thursday, saying, ‘Instead of focusing on national security, taking care of our troops, and defending our way of life, the Biden administration is hell-bent on using taxpayer resources to help kill unborn children.’” Read the full story here.

THEY REPORTED ANNE HECHE WAS “BRAIN DEAD” AND HARVESTED HER ORGANS: (LifeNews.com, by Bobby Schindler) – “On August 5, 2022, 53-year-old Hollywood actress Anne Heche was involved in an auto accident in a Los Angeles neighborhood and sustained a serious brain injury. Initial reports were that she was on a ventilator and in a coma. On August 11, it was reported that Ms. Heche was diagnosed as “brain dead.” Under California law a person diagnosed in this manner is considered legally dead. However, Ms. Heche was left on a ventilator until her organs could be harvested. Subsequently, on August 14, after her organs were removed, the media again reported that Ms. Heche had died. You can understand why this was confusing to the public when in the matter of a few days there were two different reports of Ms. Heche’s death.” Read the full op-ed here.

WASHINGTON POST INADVERTENTLY EXPOSES DANGERS AND TRAUMA OF THE ABORTION PILL: (Live Action) – “An October 18 article in the Washington Post shines a light on the underground abortion pill network that is currently operating in America, as abortion supporters look for new ways to promote and access abortion post Roe v. Wade. But while the article attempts to paint this black market abortion network positively, portraying some of its international members as heroes fighting for a cause, it inadvertently exposes the reality of what abortion really is: a dangerous procedure that ends the life of a preborn child.” Read the full story here.

CATHOLIC DOCTOR CRITICIZES PONTIFICAL ACADEMY FOR LIFE’S APPOINTING OF ABORTION ADVOCATES: (CNA / Catholic News Agency) – “A leading Catholic physician voiced harsh criticism of the continued appointment of ‘pro-abortion academics, advocates of euthanasia to some degree, or detractors of Humanae Vitae’ as members of the Pontifical Academy for Life, lamenting that ‘someone convinced the Holy Father of it.’ In an article titled ‘Academy for Life: I can’t remain silent anymore!’ published Oct. 19, Spanish doctor José María Simón Castellví, president emeritus of the International Federation of Catholic Medical Associations (FIAMC), warned that these appointments are ‘just the opposite of what John Paul II [who founded the Pontifical Academy for Life in 1994] wanted.’” Read the full story here.
