MEMORIAL DAY!
Today, we are reminded of the sacrifice of so many brave men and women who have given everything for the sake of our freedom. Their selfless gift is the reason we can raise our voices for our preborn brothers and sisters and press onward for truth to prevail in our great country. Pro-Life Wisconsin is grateful to our dedicated military men and women who boldly defend the Constitution of the United States of America. If you have a family member who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country, know that you and your family are remembered today in our prayers.

SIDEWALK COUNSELING 101
Join us tomorrow as Dan Miller, State Director of Pro-Life Wisconsin, shares his story and practical tips for sidewalk counseling. Learn how to save babies from abortion on the front lines of the battle for life!

Tuesday, May 30th – 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church
(
2020 91st Street, Kenosha, WI 53143)

Dan's re-entry into the pro-life movement came quite by "accident" - as he crushed his left leg while using heavy farm machinery in 2009. While recuperating, he reflected on the words of Saint Teresa of Calcutta - "The greatest destroyer of peace is abortion, because if a mother can kill her own child, what is left for me to kill you and you to kill me? There is nothing in between." Her words spoke to Dan, leading him to a profound re-version into pro-life work. Since his re-version, Dan has logged over 6,000 hours sidewalk counseling at abortion facilities since 2010. He has personally witnessed over 1,100 babies saved from abortion. One of those babies is now his godson, Joseph, who was born on September 23, 2011!

You will learn the basics of how to counsel those who are contemplating abortion and how to peacefully and prayerfully win their hearts. After this training, we know you can and will save lives!

Pizza and soft drinks will be provided.

JOIN US FOR THE ANNUAL PILL KILLS EVENT

Fifty-eight years ago, the Griswold v. Connecticut U.S. Supreme Court ruling (June 7, 1965) legalized contraception. The Court's decision was reasoned largely by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, which protects the right to privacy. This "right to privacy" was used as the foundation to build the Roe v. Wade case, which was handed down years later on January 22, 1973. Over 62 million babies were slaughtered in the womb as a result of this type of raw judicial overreach. Although Roe v. Wade has been overturned, it is important to know our history.  We must never allow such an egregious decision to be rendered down upon our great land again. The purpose of our annual "Pill Kills" campaign is to draw attention to the dangers of the birth control pill and the fact that it does indeed cause early chemical abortions.

When:  Saturday, June 10, 2023 – 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Where:  Public sidewalks in front of Planned Parenthood
(2239 S 108th St, West Allis, WI 53227)

Please park on Grant Street or Lincoln Avenue west of Hwy 100 and walk to the NW corner of Lincoln Ave & Hwy 100.  Please do not park in their parking lot, as it is private property. Signs are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own too!

Dr. Anthony Levantino will share his powerful story on why a physician trained to give life would instead take it away.  Before his conversion, Dr. Levatino performed over 1,200 first and second-trimester abortions as part of his OBGYN practice in upstate New York. He has since become a pro-life advocate, speaking about the dangers of abortion. His story is filled with practical advice on what we can do to increase our effectiveness in advocating for the preborn. We hope you will join us for Dr. Levatino's compelling testimony and an unforgettable night of supporting life!

PRO-LIFE NEWS

13-YEAR-OLD GIRL INJURED DURING ABORTION AT DANGEROUS ILLINOIS FACILITY: (Live Action) – “An abortion facility staff member called a private ambulance company, RuralMed EMS, which is located over an hour away. But because they have a contract through Effingham County, the 911 call is public record. During the call, obtained by Operation Rescue, the facility staffer asked for an ambulance to take the child to Barnes-Jewish Hospital, located approximately 20 minutes away in St. Louis, Missouri. Hope Clinic frequently sends women to Barnes-Jewish, even though there is a hospital within walking distance of the facility — right across the street. It’s possible Hope Clinic uses Barnes-Jewish because it is a Level 1 Trauma Center, and can therefore handle more serious injuries.” Read more here.

LATE TERM ABORTIONIST ADMITS TO COMMITTING SEX-SELECTIVE ABORTIONS: (Live Action) – “Late-term abortionist Warren Hern was profiled by Elaine Godfrey for The Atlantic, in which Hern was described as an “abortion absolutist” who will commit an abortion for any reason. Godfrey, trying to find cracks in Hern’s pro-abortion resolve, used the example of sex-selective abortion. But Hern is willing to commit these abortions as well, and he rakes in a massive profit from later abortions — charging up to $25,000 for a single abortion procedure.” Read more here.
