PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN'S NEWEST BILLBOARD: PROTECT PREBORN BABIES
Have you seen Pro-Life Wisconsin's newest billboard on Highway 41 southbound, north of Hartford? Thanks to our crew of volunteers, the billboard was installed last Thursday, December 10 on the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto (Patroness of the Family)!
Peggy and Bob Hamill worked in tandem with Pro-Life Wisconsin on this effort, with Bob Hamill beginning the carpentry work and painting on the Feast Day of Juan Diego. Pro-Life Wisconsin's Operations Manager, Deacon Jim Mathias blessed the canvas on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, and the project was completed in time for the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe (Patroness of the Unborn). Keep your eyes peeled for this
billboard as you travel the state!

FOUR WORDS TO SAVE A LIFE
“Pregnant? We can help!” Those are four words that could save a life. Pro-Life Wisconsin has worked closely throughout the years with Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRC's). One thing that became apparent very early on was the need for a comprehensive website to help young mothers in need to find help in
choosing life. So, Pro-Life Wisconsin developed CrisisPregnancies.org which contains the most robust list of PRCs in the entire state. Praise God for all 62 PRC's that we have operating in Wisconsin! They are listed alphabetically by city. Is your PRC included in the list? If it’s not, please let us know, and we’ll include it in the website!
We always see a spike in abortion numbers about six to eight weeks after Christmas or Easter breaks for school. Thanksgiving isn’t generally a long break for students, but if they can get home for this holiday, they will. We need to be ready for the unexpected. Know where your closest PRC is located! The life you may save may be one of your own family members!

PURCHASE YOUR CHOOSE LIFE WISCONSIN PLATE, AND SAVE LIVES FROM ABORTION!
Choose Life license plates have been available to Wisconsin motorists since late October 2017. Pro-Life Wisconsin and Wisconsin Family Council partnered to underwrite all the administrative costs of Choose Life Wisconsin, which allows us to give to give every penny that comes from the sale of the plates to Wisconsin’s incredible pregnancy care centers!
With over 1,500 of these plates on cars in the Badger State, sales have resulted in a total of nearly $100,000 which has been granted to over twenty-five Wisconsin pregnancy resource centers in a little over two years.

On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law. The CARES Act increases tax deductions for charitable donations for both individuals and corporations for tax year 2020. You may wish to consider the following provisions when determining your charitable giving this year:
Individuals who do not itemize their tax deductions may take a new "above the line" charitable deduction of $300 per taxpayer ($600 for a married couple). An "above the line" deduction reduces a donor's adjusted
gross income and thereby reduces taxable income.
Individuals who do itemize may deduct donations up to 100% of their 2020 AGI, up from the previous limit of 60%.
Corporations may deduct up to 25% of taxable income, up from the previous limit of 10%.
To qualify for these special deductions, contributions must be made during tax year 2020. Payments on outstanding pledges also qualify, provided the payment is made in 2020.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD WOULD EXPAND ACCESS TO ABORTION MEDICATION ACROSS WISCONSIN IF ITS LAWSUIT SUCCEEDS: (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)
– “Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin will make abortion-inducing pills available at more than two dozen clinics if it succeeds in striking down several state laws, an attorney for the abortion provider said at the opening of a trial Monday. In its lawsuit, Planned Parenthood argues Wisconsin unconstitutionally interferes with the right to abortion with a series of statutes that dictate how the procedure can be offered.” Read the full story here.
JUDGE BLOCKS PRESIDENT TRUMP’S PRO-LIFE RULE TO STOP KILLING MORE BABIES IN ABORTIONS: (LifeNews.com) – “Regulations that protect women and unborn babies from a dangerous
abortion drug will remain blocked after a federal judge ruled against President Donald Trump’s administration Wednesday. The ruling from U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang, of Maryland, means abortion facilities may continue to send the abortion drug mifepristone to women in the mail, potentially without ever seeing them in person for a check-up or exam. Mifepristone is used to abort unborn babies up to 10 weeks of pregnancy.” Read the full story here.
FDA APPROVES EMERGENCY USE OF PFIZER VACCINE TESTED ON CELL LINE OF ABORTED BABY: (LifeSiteNews) – “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Friday that it has approved the emergency use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for individuals over 16 years of age. Although the Pfizer vaccine was not developed using a cell line derived from an aborted baby, it was tested — that is, the laboratory phase which verifies the quality of the vaccine on cell tissues — using such a cell line, HEK-293, reports Children of God for Life.” Read the full story here.
