DONATE TO PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN'S LIFE SAVING WORK
THANK YOU FOR MARCHING FOR LIFE IN MADISON!

Over 252 souls gathered to defend the sanctity and dignity of the preborn person this last Saturday, January 2, 2021 at the state capitol grounds for Pro-Life Wisconsin’s March for Life Madison. It was a great way to bring in the New Year, charging ahead for LIFE!  Thank you for marching with us for the babies who have no voice.

Pro-Life Wisconsin’s State Director, Dan Miller, gave a chilling reminder of why we march. A couple of days before the march, a friend of PLW called to get “directions” to the March for Life Madison. What she really wanted to talk about was how she and her husband had recently learned about their son's involvement in an abortion. They did everything “right” as they raised their family on the importance of always being pro-life, but their son and his girlfriend went ahead with the abortion anyway. The grandparents didn’t find out about the abortion until mid-December of 2020. They were so shocked and distraught...helpless, really. Dan assured them that there was nothing more they could have done but suggested they both attend a Rachael’s Vineyard retreat to try to put the pieces back together with God’s great help. They prayed about it and really felt that their grandchild was a girl, so they named her “Rose.” Dan reminded everyone that we march for all the “Rose’s” who were killed by abortion in America – all 62 million of them, and the 124 million parents of those children and the 248 million grandparents who never got to hold their family’s heritage in the Lord – their grandchildren.

Father Rick Heilman and his new puppy, “Gracie” gave us an inspiring talk about God’s grace (of course!) and led the prayer invocation for the march. State Representative Chuck Wichgers also gave a brief talk about the importance of exercising your first amendment free speech rights whenever you can. Wichgers also pointed out that anyone can run for office and make a difference and that more people need to do so in order that our voices are heard in the laws that the State passes. Mayor of Hartford, Wisconsin, Tim Michalak, was present with his family. Hartford has become known as the "freest city in America" because of the brave positions that Mayor Michalak took during the pandemic. Thank you, Mayor Michalak, for your 100% pro-life position on all the life issues of our day!

Thank you for marching for life!  We pray that abortion will be made illegal and unthinkable, so we don’t have to march again next year!  That is always our prayer, so please Lord, make it so!

KNOW THE RESOURCES. SAVE A LIFE.

“Pregnant? We can help!” Those are four words that could save a life. Pro-Life Wisconsin has worked closely throughout the years with Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRC's). One thing that became apparent very early on was the need for a comprehensive website to help young mothers in need to find help in choosing life. So, Pro-Life Wisconsin developed CrisisPregnancies.org which contains the most robust list of PRCs in the entire state. Praise God for all 62 PRC's that we have operating in Wisconsin! They are listed alphabetically by city. Is your PRC included in the list? If it’s not, please let us know, and we’ll include it in the website!
