DONATE TO PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN'S LIFE SAVING WORK
NATIONAL DAY OF REMEMBRANCE
FOR ABORTED CHILDREN - SEPTEMBER 12

Join us on September 12, as we mourn our preborn brothers and sisters who are victims of abortion. The National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children originated in September 2013 on the 25th anniversary of the solemn burial of the earthly remains of 1,500 abortion victims in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over 100 memorial services were held across the United States that year, and it was clear this should become an annual event. This year, the day of remembrance continues.

Join fellow Pro-Life Wisconsinites as we pray for the precious lives taken by abortion. Find a location near you:

YOU’RE INVITED TO OUR
2020 LOVE FOR LIFE GALA!

We are so excited to gather on Thursday, October 22, 2020, for our annual Love for Life Gala!
At this memorable dinner, benefitting the educational and legislative efforts of Pro-Life Wisconsin, we will welcome special guest and keynote speaker, His Excellency Bishop Donald J. Hying. As our spiritual director and the Bishop of the Madison Diocese, Bishop Hying is known throughout the state and world as a pro-life champion for his unwavering support of all human life and our religious freedoms. He brings his own profound perspective as he speaks of the sanctity of life, and most especially the preborn. You’ll hear about Pro-Life Wisconsin's life saving efforts as we highlight the accomplishments of the past year and renew our efforts to ending abortion once and for all in our state.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW: www.ProLifeWI.org/gala.

This year's gala will be held at the brand new Brookfield Conference Center, conveniently located right off I-94 at 325 S Moorland Rd, on the south side of the Brookfield Square Mall. Take advantage of the free parking and once inside, enjoy plenty of space to mingle with your pro-life friends - with 24,000 square feet in the ballroom, 8,000 square feet in the atrium, and eight cash bars strategically located to accommodate you with your favorite beverage. Complimentary beer will be available during the social hour.

For your peace of mind and comfort, we have decided to use 100% of this very generous space to seat six persons to a table—lots of elbow room, unless you specify otherwise (maximum of 10 per table). If you choose to wear a mask and would prefer to be seated near others who are masked, we will do everything in our power to accommodate your needs; however, Pro-Life Wisconsin will not require our guests to be masked (unless otherwise directed by government orders). Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry and at each table as well. Babies in arms/laps/strollers are welcome and are FREE!

Please join us for an unforgettable evening!

PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN AT THE CHICKEN BURN

Pro-Life Wisconsin joined up with hundreds of conservatives at the 51st Annual Chicken Burn this past Sunday afternoon. Chicken Burn Coordinator, Chris Lawrence said, “This was the largest Chicken Burn in its 51 year history.”

Dan Miller, PLW State Director, spoke with Tina Priedmore, Chicken Burn RSVP Coordinator, who said, “they had to cap off online attendance at 700. The enthusiasm was simply amazing!” Speakers came from far and near. All of them spoke of their support for law enforcement at every level.
Kevin Nicholson, Congressman Brian Steil, Scott Presler, Congressman Glenn Grothman, Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, Senator Dale Kooyenga, Representative Rob Hutton, Bonnie Lee, Jessie Jane Duff, Sue Lynch, David King, Mario Herrera and many more spoke.  Kenosha was on the hearts and minds of everyone present. Black Voices for Trump – Milwaukee and Pastor David King gave an amazing prayer and call to action to close out the event.

Pro-Life Wisconsin is thankful to have been able to meet so many passionate pro-life individuals yesterday! We hope to see you again at a Pro-Life Wisconsin event soon.
LEARN HOW TO SAVE LIVES!

Join Pro-Life Wisconsin on Thursday, September 17, 2020 @ 6 p.m. for our Sidewalk Counseling 101 seminar, an educational program through our Save Lives initiative.  We are firming up a location in the Menomonee Falls area, and will let you know the address as soon as possible!  If that “falls” through, we will be holding the seminar at our Brookfield office (15850 W Bluemound Rd – Suite C) in the conference room on the lower floor.  Bring your appetite!  Hot pizza and beverages will be served at 5:30 p.m.

Thousands of babies have been saved from abortion through the years at abortion centers by using this last line of defense to reach young parents who are abortion-oriented. This event is completely free to attend; however, we ask that you RSVP your name, address, phone, and email to our awesome intern, Marie.V@ProLifeWI.org so we know how much pizza to get. See you there!
PURCHASE YOUR CHOOSE LIFE WISCONSIN PLATE, AND SAVE LIVES FROM ABORTION!

Choose Life license plates have been available to Wisconsin motorists since late October 2017. Pro-Life Wisconsin and Wisconsin Family Council partnered to underwrite all the administrative costs of Choose Life Wisconsin, which allows us to give to give every penny that comes from the sale of the plates to Wisconsin’s incredible pregnancy care centers!

With over 1,500 of these plates on cars in the Badger State, sales have resulted in a total of nearly $100,000 which has been granted to over twenty-five Wisconsin pregnancy resource centers in a little over two years.

If you would like to be a part of the mission to save lives, get your Choose Life Wisconsin license plate today! For more information call Pro-Life Wisconsin at 262-796-1111 ext. 110.
CONSECRATE WISCONSIN

The culture of death has made devastating inroads in our country over the last 50 years, and the lives of pre-born children hang in the balance, as does our own culture. We hope to petition Our Lord through His Blessed Mother for supernatural graces to help us defeat the culture of death and all abortion, euthanasia, and other evils that come with it.

We recognize this effort as not only good for the people of our state in general but also for our pre-born children specifically.

Please sign the petition in support of asking our Wisconsin Catholic Bishops to Consecrate Wisconsin to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Please forward this email or website address to everyone you know. Encourage them to sign it also!

Please contact ConsecrateWI@gmail.com if your organization or business would like to endorse this effort.

DID YOU KNOW...

On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law. The CARES Act increases tax deductions for charitable donations for both individuals and corporations for tax year 2020. You may wish to consider the following provisions when determining your charitable giving this year:

Individuals who do not itemize their tax deductions may take a new "above the line" charitable deduction of $300 per taxpayer ($600 for a married couple). An "above the line" deduction reduces a donor's adjusted gross income and thereby reduces taxable income.

Individuals who do itemize may deduct donations up to 100% of their 2020 AGI, up from the previous limit of 60%.

Corporations may deduct up to 25% of taxable income, up from the previous limit of 10%.

To qualify for these special deductions, contributions must be made during tax year 2020. Payments on outstanding pledges also qualify, provided the payment is made in 2020.
