DONATE TO PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN'S LIFE SAVING WORK
THANK YOU PRO-LIFE WISCONSINITES!

Heartfelt thanks to all who participated in the Mother’s Day Rose Sale at St. Mary’s Visitation in Elm Grove, St. Mary’s Oratory in Wausau, and St. Anthony’s in Menomonee Falls. Thanks to the volunteers' efforts and the generosity of parishioners, over 1,200 roses were distributed. The proceeds of the rose sale benefit Pro-Life Wisconsin’s One Person at a Time Program, focused on reaching those in greatest need with the 100% pro-life message. You can continue to honor motherhood during the month of May by participating in our virtual rose sale here.
When you give in honor of your mom during the month of May, Pro-Life Wisconsin will send a beautiful card of roses to let her know you are thinking of and praying for her!
PERSONHOOD IS THE PATH FORWARD

LifeSite NewsThe top state lobbyist for the unborn in Wisconsin, Matt Sande, was interviewed by LifeSite Vice President Gualberto Garcia-Jones recently. In early March, they spoke at the Bringing America Back to Life convention about the need to protect preborn babies through a Constitutional amendment guaranteeing their personhood.

Sande and Pro-Life Wisconsin work tirelessly to ensure personhood protection for the unborn. “Personhood is so foundational to the pro-life movement because a person is simply a human being with rights,” he told Garcia-Jones. And life begins “at the moment of conception."

Sande, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, says that this definition of personhood is the basis of the pro-life argument. He also mentions that abortion cannot be defeated if there are “explicit exceptions in the law denying equal protection.”

Sande argues that many “state supreme courts are finding rights to abortion in their state constitutions out of thin air” but that pro-lifers need to have the goal of “personhood, because in the end you’re either a person or you’re property.”
