CONGRATULATIONS WILL PENTERMAN!
The Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund PAC congratulates Will Penterman on his hard-fought victory in the eight-way Republican primary election for the 37th Assembly District (AD) held on
Tuesday, June 15. The Victory Fund PAC made a sole endorsement of Penterman in the race, and he made pro-life/pro-family issues a focus of his campaign. Penterman is now the Republican nominee in the general election scheduled for Tuesday, July 13.
Pro-Life Wisconsin supports candidates for public office who demonstrate a commitment to protect each and every innocent human life – in all circumstances and at all stages of development. To be “100% pro-life” is to know that a human life begins at fertilization and that there may never be a legal exception to an innocent child’s inalienable right to life.
The Victory Fund PAC mobilized pro-life voters in this primary race…and those voters clearly did their part. Wisconsin pro-lifers take their convictions to the polls and, increasingly, the pro-life candidates they support hold a consistent, no-exceptions pro-life position. We have an excellent opportunity to strengthen the pro-life majority in the State Assembly. We’re looking forward to July 13, maintaining a strong effort on behalf of Will
Penterman.
The 37th AD, located in parts of Columbia, Dane, Dodge, and Jefferson counties, includes parts of the cities of Columbus and Watertown, the city of Waterloo, as well as the villages of Lowell and Reeseville. For those of you who live in the 37th AD, the July 13 general election is too important to miss. Plan to exercise your right to vote Tuesday, July 13, and encourage your family and friends to do the same. Vote for life, and may God bless Wisconsin!

WISCONSIN ASSEMBLY PASSES BILL PROHIBITING VACCINE DISCRIMINATION
On a 60-37 vote on Wednesday, June 16, the Wisconsin Assembly passed legislation prohibiting proof of vaccination for COVID-19 as a condition of receiving business and government services. Pro-Life Wisconsin thanks the Wisconsin Assembly for passing Assembly Bill 299, and we now encourage the Wisconsin Senate to concur in this critical legislation. Assembly Bill 299, authored by Rep. Tyler August (R-Lake Geneva), prohibits the state, any governmental entity, and any business or legal entity engaged in any enterprise in the state from requiring any person to provide proof that the person has received a vaccine against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes COVID-19, as a condition of receiving any services, transacting any business, accessing any building, or participating in any function. The Personhood Alliance/Pro-Life Wisconsin vaccine ethics position 1) opposes the production and testing of vaccines using the remains of aborted human beings, and 2) opposes forced or coerced vaccination.
Assembly Bill 299 reinforces our vaccine ethics position. For the many Wisconsinites who earnestly avoid any entanglement in the abortion industry, discriminating against them for refusing a vaccine produced from or tested using aborted fetal cells is repugnant – a total violation of conscience. Many pro-life Wisconsinites reject the use
of the Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines and would vehemently oppose any discriminatory coercion of their use. Persuasion is the way vaccine campaigns must be conducted, especially in America where our civil liberties are sacrosanct…where personal autonomy and informed consent are bedrock principles. Coercion severely undermines the public trust and tramples on our cherished rights, including our First Amendment right to freely exercise our religious beliefs, our Fourteenth Amendment guarantees of liberty, equal protection, and due process of law, and our Article 1, Section 18 Wisconsin constitutional guarantee of freedom of worship and liberty of conscience. Assembly Bill 299 protects our right to make our own health decisions, our right to follow our conscience, and our right to freely exchange in commerce.

EDUCE PRO-LIFE LEARNING PARTNERSHIP: FREE TO THE FIRST 30 REGISTRANTS
Summer is a perfect time to refresh "why" you’re pro-life! Did you know there is a pro-life educational course that strengthens, informs, and educates on the 100% pro-life position? Pro-Life Wisconsin is partnering with Educe to provide the 6 session Foundations Course COMPLETELY FREE to the first 30 people who sign up ($60 value/per person).
The Foundations Course is written for upper secondary, post-secondary, and adult audiences. It is a robust curriculum in both depth and breadth. We recommend at least 11th grade, because of the basic knowledge of American history that the courses assume people have coming in, the level at which the content is written, and the subject matter itself. Visit our website here to get started.
About Educe: Educe is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with headquarters in the Minneapolis, MN area. They are the exclusive author of the Foundations pro-life curriculum, which builds the historical, philosophical, and biblical perspectives pro-life Christians need to compassionately engage the culture and defend human life, from its earliest biological beginning to its natural end. Building this solid
foundation helps people bring a much deeper, broader, and biblically rooted understanding into the particular areas of pro-life ministry and outreach they feel called into.

TRUE TO LIFE MEDIA CAMPAIGN PROGRAM
Did you know that one of PLW’s educational programs focuses on spreading the pro-life message through online, media, print ads, billboards, radio, and other media outlets? The True to Life Media Campaign Program is entirely focused on changing hearts and minds through media.
If you’ve seen the billboards on NB and SB I-41, or the most recent billboard on I-94 eastbound, near Highway 16, or you’re following @ProLifeWI on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Parlor, MeWe), you’re seeing the powerful impact of this program.
But we need YOU to help promote and spread this program in your community. Please consider prayerfully how you can be an influencer. Whether you are following PLW on social media platforms, commenting/sharing PLW’s posts, inviting your friends, family, classmates, coworkers to follow PLW and sign up for our weekly e-newsletter The Monday Update, or donating to fund more billboards, radio ads, and print ads…everything you do can help change hearts and minds with the truth of the pro-life message.
We’re always looking for ways to expand the impact of this program, so please reach out if you have ideas or donate here to support this program.

U.S. BISHOPS VOTE TO DRAFT DOCUMENT ON EUCHARIST, ADDRESS WORTHINESS TO RECEIVE COMMUNION: (LifeSiteNews) – “The U.S. bishops’ conference voted 168-55 to move forward with the drafting of a formal statement on the Eucharist. The document will address Church teaching on worthiness to receive Holy Communion, and thus directly affect the reception of the Eucharist by pro-abortion Catholic politicians.” Read the full story here.
PRO-ABORTION DEMOCRATS THREATEN CATHOLIC BISHOPS: “I DARE YOU TO DENY ME COMMUNION”: (LifeNews.com) – “A small group of pro-abortion Catholic Democrats in Congress are already totally out of step with the pro-life teachings of the Catholic Church, but now they are openly threatening the nation’s Catholic bishops to deny them communion because they support killing babies […] California Democrat, Rep. Jared Huffman, suggested the church should lose its tax-exempt status. ‘If they’re going to politically weaponize religion by ‘rebuking’ Democrats who support women’s reproductive choice, then a ‘rebuke’ of their
tax-exempt status may be in order,’ he said.” Read the full story here.
PARENTS ENRAGED AS PLANNED PARENTHOOD SCHOOL FLYER PROMOTES SEX TO 11-YEAR-OLDS: (Live Action News) – “Parents in Tacoma, Washington, are reportedly furious after a Planned Parenthood flyer promoting sex among pre-teen children was distributed at Stewart Middle School. Yet in a statement provided by Tacoma Public Schools to the Post Millennial, the flyer was not part of the curriculum and should never have been sent home with students […] Copies of the flyer were posted on social media, and the information was beyond disturbing.” Read the full story here.
