VOLUNTEERS WANTED: JULY 4 PARADE, BABY BRIGADE
If you reside in the Stone Bank area (Waukesha County) and have a baby, we encourage you to join other Pro-Life Wisconsin family members as part of the “Baby Brigade” for the 4th of July parade!
We all recognize the dangerous censorship and “cancel culture” so prevalent in recent times. Unfortunately, patriotic July 4th celebrations are not exempt. The pro-life signs that were created for the Stone Bank parade (see photo here) have been rejected by parade organizers as “not appropriate messaging” for a family-oriented parade celebrating America. What is more patriotic than celebrating life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
One of our donors who is coordinating Pro-Life Wisconsin’s participation in the parade has come up with a great alternative so that we can still have a presence – a Baby Brigade! We would love to have a great representation of mothers pushing their babies in strollers (all children welcome) behind a blue 1978 continental classic car. If you are able, please join other Wisconsin Pro-Life Wisconsin family members. Bring your strollers, your
children, and your patriotic, enthusiastic smiles. Your presence will certainly win over hearts and minds!
Details:
Sunday, July 4: Stone Bank Independence Day Parade
Parade line up begins at 9:00 a.m. at Stone Bank School (N68W33866 County Hwy K in Oconomowoc). Look for a classic blue colored Lincoln Mark 5 continental. Parade begins at 11:00 a.m. and is approximately 12 blocks
long
Please email Michele Grall at Michele.G@ProLifeWI.org for more details or to confirm your participation in the baby brigade. Thank you!

A CALL TO ACTION FOR LIFE
This past Saturday, 22 pro-lifers gathered to take a stand against the atrocity of abortion. A Call to Action for Life, coordinated by Pro-Life Wisconsinite Donald Dunlap, was a gathering to inspire and equip pro-life action. Donald remarked, "One million children are killed in the womb every single year in America. With such tremendous numbers, it can seem like a problem too big to fight, and with abortion being such a hot issue, it can be intimidating to even talk about." At A Call to Action for Life, leaders in the pro-life movement offered multiple strategies for personal life, equipping attendees to make a very real
difference in the lives of our preborn brothers and sisters.
Dan Miller was among the pro-life leaders who presented the 100% pro-life position and promoted life-saving resources like Pro-Life Wisconsin's crisis pregnancy resource website, Choose Life Wisconsin, and the Knights of Columbus ultrasound initiative.
Countless attendees stayed afterward to form connections with their fellow pro-lifers and commit to ending abortion in Wisconsin. Thank you to all of the attendees and to Donald Dunlap for his efforts to coordinate this event!
If you would like to host a sidewalk counseling seminar for your pro-life circle, please contact Dan Miller at Dan.M@ProLifeWI.org or by phone at 262.796.1111 ext. 111. It's a part of our mission to educate on how to end abortion - so it's free, and we'll even bring pizza!

As June comes to a close, you can celebrate fatherhood one last time this month by giving in memory, in celebration, in gratitude, or in thanksgiving for a special man or father in your life! When you give during the month of June, Pro-Life Wisconsin will send a beautiful card of carnations to let him know that you are thinking of him and praying for him!

Your donation of any amount you choose not only lets your dad know that you are thinking of him, but it also directly helps Wisconsin dads in need through our 1 Person at a Time Program.

EDUCE PRO-LIFE LEARNING PARTNERSHIP: FREE TO THE FIRST 30 REGISTRANTS
Summer is a perfect time to refresh "why" you’re pro-life! Did you know there is a pro-life educational course that strengthens, informs, and educates on the 100% pro-life position? Pro-Life Wisconsin is partnering with Educe to provide the 6 session Foundations Course COMPLETELY FREE to the first 30 people who sign up ($60 value/per person).
The Foundations Course is written for upper secondary, post-secondary, and adult audiences. It is a robust curriculum in both depth and breadth. We recommend at least 11th grade, because of the basic knowledge of American history that the courses assume people have coming in, the level at which the content is written, and the subject matter itself. Visit our website here to get started.
About Educe: Educe is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with headquarters in the Minneapolis, MN area. They are the exclusive author of the Foundations pro-life curriculum, which builds the historical, philosophical, and biblical perspectives pro-life Christians need to compassionately engage the culture and defend human life, from its earliest biological beginning to its natural end. Building this solid
foundation helps people bring a much deeper, broader, and biblically rooted understanding into the particular areas of pro-life ministry and outreach they feel called into.

TRUE TO LIFE MEDIA CAMPAIGN PROGRAM
Did you know that one of PLW’s educational programs focuses on spreading the pro-life message through online, media, print ads, billboards, radio, and other media outlets? The True to Life Media Campaign Program is entirely focused on changing hearts and minds through media.
If you’ve seen the billboards on NB and SB I-41, or the most recent billboard on I-94 eastbound, near Highway 16, or you’re following @ProLifeWI on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Parlor, MeWe), you’re seeing the powerful impact of this program.
But we need YOU to help promote and spread this program in your community. Please consider prayerfully how you can be an influencer. Whether you are following PLW on social media platforms, commenting/sharing PLW’s posts, inviting your friends, family, classmates, coworkers to follow PLW and sign up for our weekly e-newsletter The Monday Update, or donating to fund more billboards, radio ads, and print ads…everything you do can help change hearts and minds with the truth of the pro-life message.
We’re always looking for ways to expand the impact of this program, so please reach out if you have ideas or donate here to support this program.

PURCHASE YOUR CHOOSE LIFE WISCONSIN PLATE, AND SAVE LIVES FROM ABORTION!
Choose Life license plates have been available to Wisconsin motorists since late October 2017. Pro-Life Wisconsin and Wisconsin Family Council partnered to underwrite all the administrative costs of Choose Life Wisconsin, which allows us to give every penny that comes from the sale of the plates to Wisconsin’s incredible pregnancy care centers!
With 1,791 of these plates on cars in the Badger State, sales have resulted in a total of nearly $100,000 which has been granted to over twenty-five Wisconsin pregnancy resource centers in a little over two years.

IS ROE V. WADE ON A COLLISION COURSE IN THE SUPREME COURT?: (Catholic Business Journal, by David G. Bjornstrom, Attorney at Law) – “The U.S. Supreme Court’s viability standard in Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey will be tested this fall in the Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization case. The Dobbs case involves a Mississippi law banning most abortions after 15 weeks. While the case does not go far enough, in that it still allows abortions at all, it highlights the absurdity of the Court’s viability standard […]These changes in the date of viability are irrelevant to the baby’s intrinsic personhood, but they increasingly discredit Roe since the moving target of viability cannot logically determine an unborn baby’s legal status as a Constitutionally protected “person.” Read the full op-ed here.
KENTUCKY POLICE OFFICER RETURNS TO WORK AFTER BEING SUSPENDED FOR PRAYING OUTSIDE ABORTUARY: (LifeSiteNews) – “A Kentucky police officer will return to work after the Louisville Metro Police Department confirmed that it will not formally discipline him for quietly praying the rosary in front of a Louisville abortion clinic last winter while off-duty.” Read the full story here.
CANADA FACES PUSHBACK OVER EXPANDING ASSISTED SUICIDE FOR THOSE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS: (Live Action News) – “Canada’s ever-accelerating expansion of physician-assisted suicide gained significant momentum with the government’s March 2021 decision to allow mental illness as a qualifying reason to seek physician-assisted suicide (PAS), referred to in Canada as Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD).” Read the full story here.

from St. Mary's of Pine Bluff, America will begin to gather together and adore Jesus Christ, inviting Him to make Himself fully present in our land and free it from the powers of darkness. And the local Christians of Wisconsin are committed: they will continue to gather for what they are calling Heal Our Land Holy Hours every Thursday from May 13 until October 7th.
